I feel like it should have been prioritized. That is so disappointing specially as I mentioned I had to wait months to use my bike. I tried following up and I got a response that it could take weeks for my fork to arrive. This happened on Mar 18th, up to now, I haven’t received my replacement fork or a tracking number. ![]() It followed by telling me I was going to receive a new fork on the mail as soon as they can, no date no nothing.
